ZVMLaw Launches Mediation Practice

ZVMLaw’s collective experience with resolving disputes in the courtroom has shown that not all matters are well suited for formal litigation. In some matters, the health, welfare, and business viability of all parties are best served by a facilitated mediation process. In that regard, ZVMLaw is pleased to announce that it is now offering business mediation services by Steve Rich.  Steve is available to serve as a neutral facilitator addressing conflicts that arise in a range of endeavors including technology, bioscience, health care, cannabis, agriculture, arts, entertainment, e-commerce, retail, and nonprofits.

Steve trained as a mediator in 1998 at the Cambridge Dispute Settlement Center (now known as the Community Dispute Resolution Center) in Massachusetts.  Over many years in law practice and community service roles, Steve has seen firsthand the benefits of integrating mediation principles into business practices. Steve is committed to providing a respectful mediation process that quickly unlocks goodwill and commonality, creating a concrete path to resolution while avoiding the monetary and spiritual costs of litigation.

ZVMLaw offers mediation to clients across the country in virtual or in-person formats.
